  • To help members of the /Reach community develop skills and good practice in operating our X accounts
  • To help us grow our X accounts, increasing their benefits and usefulness

  • To help us strengthen and expand the /Reach ecosystem by getting the most out of the missions we set and complete
  • To help us grow our /Reach scores and increase our rewards!

What This Training Is NOT For

  • To teach us how to game X algorithms, break rules, or violate terms of service
  • To teach us how to game the /Reach score, spam filters, tools and incentives
  • To encourage spamming, hacking, and social engineering of other X users and /Reach community members

How This Training Works

  • /Reach members can run this training anytime, on the dashboard at our site
  • The content is text and images, with links. You can run it on desktop or mobile
  • Screen readers, translation tools and other access supports will work.
  • You can learn solo or with a group—discussion and reflection questions and tasks are provided. /Reach will run group study cohorts periodically.
  • At the end of the training is a link to a form with a final exam about what you’ve learned. Passing this lets our team know so you can get your rewards!
  • We review course inputs by hand, so please be patient—if it’s been more than a week since you took the final exam, open a ticket in our support on website.

Learner Rewards

  • Our platform is a marketplace for true, quality engagement, which is why we offer training for free—and incentivize our members for learning

  • These gate access to dedicated server channels with fellow members who are serious about building quality
  • The training is part of the requirements for a higher /Reach level, enabling access upper-tier (premium) /Reach missions with higher $reach rewards as well as access to referral codes to onboard your friends
  • We also hope to offer other exclusive benefits to learners, like allowlist raffles and access to AI tools that can help you generate great visuals for your content on X

The Honor System

  • This training is offered on the honor system—we can’t stop you sharing quiz answers, but we will warn and ban those who we discover are doing it.
  • The quizzes are ungraded and meant to check your own learning—the final exam is reviewed by hand by our team
  • The course materials and quiz will be regularly updated to with new information and to reflect changes in /Reach and on X. We will announce major updates
  • Spammers will always target /Reach but should know that even if they do cheat to pass the training, their spamming and botting, especially on quality missions, will get them quickly banned from our platform
  • Spamming also risks destroying your integrity in the eyes of your fellow community members! In digital communities, reputation is paramount—if you’re known as a scammer or spammer it can seriously harm your ability to make connections with others.
  • Spamming is just not worth it in terms of time, outlay and the risk to your /Reach and X accounts
  • Actually building a healthy, daily practice of quality engagement on X is the most rewarding use of your time spent on X and here on /Reach!

The Bottom Line—Your Profit!

  • The bottom line is: if you grow your account in a sustainable way, your /Reach level will rise—and you will be able to earn $reach more quickly!
  • /Reach Premium missions, with higher rewards, are open to people with a level of 2 or more
  • The higher your /Reach level, the more $reach you get for completing each mission of ANY type.

These could include quality engagement on Farcaster, using art and language AI tools, and trainings geared for projects and teams. Bounties are available for those who help us improve and build training.

Tips for Learners

  • Take your time! The course is a slideshow—and even though it’s long, the index at the front and headings at top of each slide let you know where you are.
  • You can blaze through the material in as little as a couple of hours, but it’s even better to focus on one skill at a time, building competence and good habits daily over a couple of weeks, then adding in a new skill.
  • Taking notes is often helpful for retaining new information—and the best way to strengthen your learning is to put new skills into practice on your own X account.
  • Learn with friends! It’s much more fun, and easier to stay accountable, when you’re building your quality engagement skills in community. Why not onboard your friends to /Reach and succeed together?
  • Even if you’re studying alone, opt into the learner role by typing /reach in #help and following instructions. You’ll get access to a learner cohort channel where you can connect with other learners!
  • If you don’t understand something, tag mods, Quality Control team members and top $reach earners in Discord—or ask in a learning cohort channel.
